CrossFit is a functional strength and conditioning program with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. At CrossFit Invalesco, we combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance activities like running and rowing in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all-important) air squat, to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. Everyone receives the individual attention they deserve as a member of CrossFit Invalesco.
We have a special program for anyone who is brand new to CrossFit called Fundamentals. This is a 6-session one-on-one training package designed to prepare new athletes to enter the group classes with a great base of technique, a bit more strength and most importantly, with lots of confidence. During these sessions, a CrossFit Invalesco coach will work with you to identify strengths and weaknesses so you can hone in on what you’re good at and improve upon what you’re struggling with.
CrossFit Invalesco’s CrossFit Kids Program focuses on targeting their specific developmental needs in the areas of cognitive, neurological and motor skills in a really fun way. Our functional movement programming can give our young people a solid foundation to grow into strong, intelligent, and confident adults.
The best workout in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. With the help of our expertly designed nutrition coaching program, we’ll help you find the right way to fuel for your body type, goals, and particular health needs. If you’re struggling with certain health issues, or even if you feel “perfectly healthy,” nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and health. Our Fit30 program is based on the same prescription of “constantly varied functional movements.” We have combined the cardio aspect of CrossFit with high repetition, low weight fitness without the barbell! Our focus is to deliver an awesome, fat burning workout in 30 minutes with little to no impact. All of our workouts are professionally programmed, coached and designed to get you to your goals, quickly! Any fitness level is welcome.
